45 paladin burned out

Hi let me start off by saying love this game played F F 11 for years and was super happy when ffxiv arr came out OK..so in my time playing I have made 3 toons on 3 servers till I got to this one I have unlocked bard and dragoon on other servers and my best so far is now a 25 mar 23 Lancer and 45 paladin I like tanking but I do get to where I want a break from it but I liked pld story quest so far but I am burned out on it and want to play so ming new. I know people all ways say " play what u like" but we don't have read mage or blue mage or samurai soo I am on ps3 so some classes / jobs just seem like they will be even harder to play I will play all classes and rolls just I don't fill like taking each one to 15-20 to see if one of them Seems like it maybe fun or not everyone has different likes and dislikes but I was hoping maybe someone can tell me the true pros and cons to each class what class that you really enjoy without spoiling any of the class lore the a head of time

I'd suggest trying a caster class. Sometimes trying something completely different than what you're used to can refresh the game in a sense. SMN and BLM aren't too bad to play, though SMN is a bit more complicated. Creating characters on different servers severely limits your progression, though. I'd pick a character and stick with it, honestly. You're basically starting over every single time.

paladin is unfortunately one of the more boring tanking classes. it is a very easy job to play, and consequently can get boring quickly.

if you still want to tank, i suggest taking Warrior for a spin. from what i have been told it can be a fun class to play.

If his highest is 45 he's not at the ATMA stage yet. Personally I recommend leveling marauder to warrior if you want to still be a tank. If not, try rolling a healer or DPS instead for a bit. Pugilist is a lot of fun, and melee queues right now are slightly shorter than ranged DPS (will probably change with rogue though) so it should be easy enough to level and find out if you like it.

Yeah I am staying with this one I don't want to do this all over again and I like the way Sum looks and have had a few in my pts and at end game most know how to play the class but I am not sure about controlling pets As far as playing on a ps3 any body have experience playing Sum on a ps3 That can give me some pointers? And bum seems like it's a 2 spell kinda caster but I am not sure so plz no hatten
