Can't get into my account because OTP [HELP]

I was an avid player until a few months ago I had a major medical situation come up. Long story short, I am better now and was wanting to log in, add some crysta and get playing again. But when I tried to log into the Mog Station it said I needed to log into it with a OTP which I use to have as an app on my phone.

I no longer have the OTP so I tried to redownload the app on my new phone but it says I need a registration password to add it to the new phone but I do not have it. Then I tried to remove it but I do not have the emergency removal password either. What do I do, I am totally locked out?
