    How can I post in other topics? It says my character isnt high enough lvl or you have meet your post for the day.

    Your post limit is bound to your linked character level. Leveling up will increase the limit. Also though not an issue here the next thing people notice is the 1000 character limit. You can circumvent this by editing a previously started post.

    To link a character, go to Settings and select "Edit Character" from the left side. That should show a list of characters on your account and let you select one to serve as your forum avatar. It's the level of that character that will then determine your posting privileges.

    Then this post describes the required levels.
