    There are Summer Sandals in the game data now that look rather nice. I don't know if anyone knows how to get them though....

    The clue is in the name.

    However if you're feeling exceptionaly lazy, it's the items from an old summer event from 2012, along with some new summer event items too

    Oh, missed that! If that's true though, why isn't it listed on the Moonfire Faire 2014 vendor in the 2.3 game data like the rest of the yukatas/swimwear? (http://xivdb.com/?npc/1009247/Moonfire-Faire-vendor)

    Because Shioban may not be correct. The Sea Breeze Summer Halter and Sea Breeze Summer Pareo are crafted and not Moonfire Faire items. I suspect the sandals you are referencing are also crafted.

    Actually, they're from desynthing high level fish, not from crafting.
