    Download Size

    Hello everyone,

    I'm returning to the game (yay) and was wondering if anyone knows what the complete download size is up to date? I only have a digital copy of the game.

    You mean for the patches? I'm not sure, but the last patch was something in the 70 gb range I think. The PS3/PS4 and PC versions have different file sizes though, so I have no idea how big the console versions' patches would be (I play on the PC version).

    EDIT: I'm dumb, considering the actual game itself only weighs in around 20gb the patch wouldn't be nearly so large. So ignore that.

    To download the game plus all the patches to get it playable, yeah.

    I guess I should have specified my platform, it's PC.

    On my PC FFXIV takes up 11 GB, hopefully download is somewhat smaller

    Hi Erendis,

    I've just started the download now and it shows me the size (I asked whilst I was work, hehe, so didn't know the patcher displayed the total size), it's about 13GB.
