I had one last night with FC friends helping me do "Copperbell Mines" (Hard)
The final part was awesome, i was in charge of carrying crystals to feed the wormy thing, and...i had never done it before.
(except for doing the Kobold dailies wich also is crazy fun XD)

What a wonderful & fun experience, so well done dev team! more fun like that!

Girlfriend and I ran Wanderer's Palace for the first time last weekend, lots of fun was to be had while the Tonberry Stalker was following us. We may have let him get a little close and then screamed out loud when he started stabbing people.

Doing AK, standing in front of Demon Wall, hacking junks out of it with me axe it readies Repel, it uses Repel, I don't move an ilm ... suddenly the screen turns black, loading ball in the bottom right for a while and I reappear at the door of the fight.

What happened?

What happened?

If Repel does 0 damage to you, you don't move. Stoneskin or Adlo makes this easy... although sometimes you get knocked back the second the shield falls off.

As for the teleporting, that happened to me once when I somehow got to the other side of the boss. Which, lining up with your story, happened after Repel did 0 damage and thus didn't push me. I was just running forward, didn't notice I didn't get pushed, and suddenly I'm running through the boss.

Or with Tempered Will. I always use it there because not being pushed by the wall makes you look awesome!

I had so many fun moments that I can't remember one in specific. Most of them includes improvised vanity (before it was implemented) and kinky photo sessions around Eorzea with my FC mates. Or when we went experimental with party setups for high level dungeons, like going without tanks or something like that, trying to break a completion record each time. I remember back in the days the hours spent trying to beat Titan HM for our relics, weeks after the launch of the 2.0, with my former (now disbanded) FC. We staretd to set punishments for those who screwed it up, like depositing gil in the FC stash or gather items for us during a fixed time. The joy when we beat it for the last time was amazing! No more punishment!

I'm rather new to MMO's in general, and did my first LoA run over the weekend. It was a very good group, and we cleared it the first time through. Was a ton of fun to be running around with that many folks, even if I didn't really have a clue what I was doing (other than pew-pew).

Odin spawned on top of my head...

no kidding... I was in Larkscall in the middle of nowhere, sort of AFK but was still watching the screen because I was snacking and there he was! I thought it was some random mob but took me a whole 2 min to realize it was Odin! and no one was around yet, so I had him for a good few min to myself, just checking him out, checking out his horse... /poked at him a few times before the whole server showed up.

If you run into the wall it teleports you to beginning of the room since your not supposed to be behind it.

My most fun I've had is starting my first alt character and experiencing the game again. Level 21 Marauder and lots of work to do!

I know that feeling well! Got sick of primal farming so rolled a new character (8 now it's an addiction....) is always nice to see the game through fresh eyes, and then you miss your choco and level up faster lol

I was training my Summoner one day and decided to queue up Stone Vigil. There was another Summoner and a Scholar in the party. Dots for days. We get to the final boss and she flew up in the air and became untargetable. We dodged the first ice breath attack and then the fight just ended. Apparently the dots killed her when she wasn't in the arena anymore.
