implement a Hard/Extreme Gaius Van Baelsar fight

I feel like Lahabrea's fight was meant to be MUCH more epic, but was cut for some reason. The song for fighting him (and so far, only him), "The Corpse Hall", is an impressive 10 minutes and 50 second long...while the fight itself is probably 2 minutes.

I'm sure we'll see a return of the song for fighting the other Ascians...but still, it's odd and somewhat disappointing.

What's really funny is that when I took a friend through pretorium and let him watch all the CSes. Someone got impatient and prompted lahabrea to fight and we downed him before he could finish watching the CS.

So he thought the whole Lahabrea show was just a CS fight with no interactive battle.

My guess is in the expansion that's when we'll face Lahabrea again and then Elbius and then probably Zodiark.
