Granted I haven't reached the part of end game with lockout yet but my FC was talking about it and it just seemed strange to me. Why is it that a game that allows you to play anything and everything on a single toon have such strong restrictions at end game?I understand lockouts, that's not new to me, but in other MMO's when your main is locked out you gear alts. This game is kind of counter productive to roll alts since everything is on one toon. So shouldn't the lockouts be designed to lock out based on the job and not the entire toon? Instead of progressing your multiple rolls, you have to choose one....Not only that but it limits you to one group.

Example in swtor before I left that game we had our main progression group, but if other groups needed help I jumped onto an alt. Shouldn't that same option apply here? If I've been locked out on my main, that's fine, but if I have another job at 50 I can run on, should I not be allowed to go in?

Just seems silly to me and almost counter productive in terms of the armory design.
