Demilitia <Demi> Recruiting x1 DPS or SCH for End Game Progression

Hi,

Demilitia are currently recruiting one DPS for T9-T13. We're a fairly new formed raid team built up of mostly returning players from pre 2.2, all downing T5 pre nerf. We are currently on T9, progressed to Phase 3 after only a few attempts. We would prefer a Monk or Dragoon, but are open to all DPS applicants, as well as a Scholar. Our team is made up of mostly English players, with four British, two Germans and one Danish, please note that English is the only spoken language during raids so conversational level is a must. TS3 access is required, with a mic being preferred. We raid most days (but not everyday, on average 3/4 days per week) from around 6PM ST to 10/11 ST, going later on weekends (all of this is flexible). Our only concrete requirements are that you are dedicated to downing the content, able to have a laugh and not take the game too seriously.

Outside of raiding, we also have a medium FC house in the Mist, well decorated with a cafe in the basement and library on the top floor. We're all happy to help you level your alts, as well as gear them up. We also have a master crafter, who will be happy to gear you up in full i110 HQ free of charge (providing you have the mats of course). We also often farm Allagan Silk, Leather etc for any players interested. As an FC, we have already planned far ahead into 3.0 and have gil set aside for FC airships already. Please note, joining the FC is not a requirement to join the raid team. Social slots potentially available to anyone interested, you are welcome to join with your raid team and use our facilities.
