Steps: 
1.  Fight through Cutter's Cry until you get to the 2nd boss.
2.  Engage the boss.
3.  The message will appear "The Sunken Antechamber  will be sealed off in 15 seconds"
4.  Notice the extra space between "Antechamber" and "will".
5.  Same thing happens on subsequent messages:
The Sunken Antechamber  is sealed off
The Sunken Antechamber  is no longer sealed!
