My game never stuttered before and I only had 8gb of memory in my computer and now I have 16gb of memory and my game stutters like it is lagging. Should I remove the second 8gb card or is this a game issue and not hardware on my end?

Sounds like you got bad memory. I'd take it out and if it goes away, RMA it.

No, the first 8gb card was in the computer already and the other 8gb card is a different make. My other games don't stutter like they are rubber banding.

It's possible the new ram is slower. When provided with two different memory modules they will both run at the lowest common denominator.

Aye you need to change the timings and voltage to the lower ones whichever ram it is.

It seems my original memory was the cause of it. I took it out to check the MHz and it is only 1333 and my new memory is 1600 MHz

Nevermind, the memory was not the cause of my low FPS as of the last couple weeks. I booted up the game after fixing the memory speed and stuff and was still getting 15-20FPS on Standard(Desktop) and 5-10FPS on High(Desktop). I was getting about 40FPS on Max a couple weeks ago....

If you noticed the issue after installing the new ram stick, then definitely its the new ram. What brand are both rams? which is the new and which one is the old? if you can link their models as well that would help big time, because I know that some ram's got their own XMPP profiles were you don't really need to adjust anything manually.

If the ram is installed them you didn't rule it out. Take the ram out and is the problem persists them It's not the ram but as long as it's installed the ram is still the most likely culprit.
