Seer's Cowl

Hey guys, me and my friends have been farming seer's cowl pre patch 1.18 killed prince countless times and never got drop, so come post patch we weren't 100% sure of where the cowl was going to come from since the patch notes said that prince and bomb baron were dropping the wrong items int eh bug fix sections.

To make a long story short we killed prince a few times and got a frostbite so assumed that the loot tables were basically just backwards which in turn led us to believe that seer's cowl would be dropping from bomb baron, so we went and killed bomb baron a few times got a bunch of flame tongues but nothing else. Just making a post wondering if anyone can confirm where it's dropping from post 1.18, thanks!

Hmmm that's pretty interesting. Maybe the swords were changed? I mean Bomb Baron dropping an ice sword seemed a little strange before

try killing bomb then? :| since is only two mob... maybe they got switched instead? xD

It sort of made sense to me that a Fire based enemy drops an item he's weak to. You should still get the seers cowl from the Prince as they may of only switched the swords around'

Yah we actually went to go kill bomb baron we killed him six or seven times to see what he would drop, which we did see a flametongue drop. I also had thought maybe they only switched the swords around, but what led me to believe that the cowl was also moved is that every other nm that drops multiple items like, kokoroon quickfingers, or old six arms, etc etc drop items of the same optimal level, like both the bow and the body from quickfingers is optimal level 35 and that's the same across the board with all of them. Because of that i had suggested to my friends last night that maybe their loot tables had just been backwards since it would have meant prince was dropping frostbite an optimal level 30 sword and seer's cowl an optimal level 35 cloak, if just the swords were switched, all just theories! We'll go back to prince and see what happens.
