Have they completed all the side quests?
Have they cleared all the Raids?

If they have answered yes, then have they helped their fellow guild-mates out on finishing up certain aspects of the game? I'd venture that this one is a big fat NO! because why would they wanna help someone out if it doesn't benefit them.
