    More Class Skills soon?

    I was wondering when we might get some more Job/Class Skills. Outside of a level cap increase we can get more from quests.

    I think even one more skill each whether it be Job or Class could greatly change the dynamics of a class.
    I like that there is a lot of new content coming out, but using all the same skills/rotations takes away from some of the excitement.
    Also, the theory crafters need stuff to do lol.

    This doesn't really make any sense. Perhaps not the least of the plethora of reasons why this doesn't make sense is because they are still tuning the jobs as they exist currently. BLM is failing at keeping up in single target, SMN pets aren't as useful as they'd like as everyone just uses Garuda, etc. "Greatly changing the class" by adding more stuff when they haven't even fixed what's already there sounds like a bad plan.

    For many/most jobs, there are already so many skills that I'm not particularly sure how they will manage once they increase level cap. Where will I keep all of these skills? Will I even be able to put them somewhere easily accessible? Even with a mouse that has 12 side buttons and multiple other random buttons (like clicking the mouse wheel left or right), you can EASILY fill up 90% or more of those buttons (assuming you have a standard keybind for, say, "1", as well as for "Alt+" and "Ctrl+") with some of the more complex jobs, like SMN.

    If you're bored with a given job, play a different job. If you're bored of all 9 jobs, short of a new job, very little is likely to excite you. Simply "adding a skill" is not really a good answer, especially without a level cap increase. I suspect that unless they're crazy, a level cap increase will actually result in relatively few new skills, even if they take it all the way to, say, 75. Either that, or they will hilariously obsolete a lot of the lower level skills, which also doesn't make much sense (and would prove super annoying when level capped).

    Do you have any reason for wanting more skills other than "boredom"?

    I would like more skills even more cross class abilities! I have a couple of skills in mind! About the level cap, they could but they would need more gear(a purpose to level up), quests( a way to level up), fates(exercising to explore leveling up), areas(new places to level up, traits and skills for every 2 levels. They could but they have ALOT of work ahead if they do.

    With Rogue coming they will probably change/add some cross class skills.

    Maybe they will remove some place holders like Savage Blade for MRD/WAR or Cure for ACN/SCH.
    (not saying those will be affected )

    For some jobs, you really don't feel like a difficult choice (or even a choice) when you pick your cross class skills
