Please help with character creation

Hi guys, i'm new and need to create a char in Moogle, because i've my friend in that server, but i can't create a char because it still saying: "This world is not acepting any more new characters".

i ready the restriction on the site, but at 1:00 pm moogle was setted: pssible create.

why i can't pls help me, i'm new and i don't want to pay 18$ to transfer my char at lvl 4....

This same issue is happening on alot of servers to alot of people. Try making a character at non peak hours, ie the 1-6am times as usually the regular hours get blocked up fast and they can't update it each time a server stops. its what i had to do for my main on Leviathan.

Thats why I specified off peak hours, since the mass amount of timezones gets complicated. This is what I see on my page. Looking at yours (if its different) choose the ones that are least likely to have many people on them. which for me is the 11pm- 4am options (1am-5am my time)

Well, thx now i've 4.30 pm, and the server gets 11am i will try in a couple of hours! thanks a lot!

Around 6 am or even a bit later in Italy time should be OK for Moogle. Right now we have a peak time, try in the 12-15 hours. On the weekend people log in later in the morning

The sad truth at the moment is, the very second that character creation becomes available again, all the RMT will go on and create 8 characters on every server for each of their accounts and will basicly make it stop accepting new characters within 15 to 30 minutes again.

So not only should you pick a time where hardly anyone is around, you should also pick a time where mainland China is sleeping.
