Multiple FC houses

A FC can only have one house at the moment. Future plans are in progress of letting FC's buy more than one house. FC's can have the same tags tho and still have different names. So if you see Plot 5 Hope and Plot 16 Hope. It's not really the same FC if you look at the actual FC name. The ones on the list that show up when you are looking at wards are the FC's bracketed name. The only possible way for a FC to have multiple houses at the moment would be for it to divide it's members up and buy houses. Meaning it would be like a business chain where one house is the main FC and the others are branches with leaders as masters in those FC's. But that would be a waste of gil imo.

I figured out thats what theyre doing. Creating 3-5 member FC's rank them up buy another plot and tag estate profile with the main FC.

I just tried to buy another one and it didn't let me. Not that confirmation seems to be needed but...there it is. And I was so looking forward to having a beach house in addition to my lavender bed one :3

Some FC's are able to do that if they are rich gil wise from either profiting of market board by selling items in demand for high prices (glazenuts, minions, broombush, myth crafting items etc) or if they are selling primal/coil wins or what have you. And it's not hard to get an FC up to rank 6 either with a few members specially those that make an alt and burn thru the storyline and sidequests. That rakes up FC points really fast. That was my biggest concern when housing first came out was a bigger rich FC divide their FC up while waiting to get it the rank it was needed to buy plots when prices were low on small/medium houses. All the while regular smaller FC's are scrounging up saving gil for their own house. Sucks to see that happen.
