Atmas affect pretty much any area in which you'd expect to find a low-level FATE.

As THM/BLM I would use a keybind to cycle targets and hit each one with Scathe (or Aero if still THM). Can also spam Cure/Physick on the player pulling all the aggro if nothing else.
