Yea when folks say lot they aren't trying to cleverly shorten the word loot. It's like everyone says it means to roll, or need, or greed or whatever on the actual loot, casting lots.

I think its funny when people be like ... "This is how it is here" and I be like.. "This is how I roll buttercup"
