question about ward 6 plot pricing [please read]

I was wondering if it'd be like it was when the housing was released in Patch 2.1? or would it be like relinquished land
and what would a prime plot be? (examples would be not only nice but more helpful) basicly if I wan't a cirtan med lot would I need to save up like 30 mil?

Plot Pricing
The initial price of land at the release of patch 2.1 will vary depending on World population and economy. Prices are also affected by location, and there may be differences between plots of the same size. The following is a list of starting prices for each World:

I know it says please read but some input/opinion would be great, but the reason I posted the question is because we have our eye on a plot that's taken on all wards, but when the 6th ward comes we'll be trying to get that one, is it going to be the price as a relinquished one or the same as it was when the houses first came? if it'll be the same as a recently relinquished one then we'll probably get it if it'll be like when they first came out then we'll have to go with our secondary plan.

good point, so would the price be before the revamped plot pricing? or was the revamped pricing for new wards as well?

It'll most likely be the original overpriced cost before any adjustments according to the 2.1 patch notes, unless they've changed their mind. They could justify keeping the high costs as "fairness" for FCs that grinded all that gil during those 3 months after the patch, which would be fine I guess. They have gone back on previous patch note statements before though, like increasing the Echo in Coil further than 15%, so who knows. It is a big grind and gil sink and they seem fine with not adjusting those a lot.

Rather than creating a new thread, I decided to do some digging to find this topic, and hopefully fish for an answer. With the patch just a week away, a Japanese forum rep post has left me a bit uneasy:

パッチ2.3公開のタイミングで、以下の冒険者居住区に土地を追加する予定です。

• ミスト・ヴィレッジ　6区
• ラベンダーベッド　6区
• ゴブレットビュート　6区

土地の価格については、ワールドごとに直前まで調整を行っていきますので続報をお待ちください。

For those who don't speak Japanese:

We plan to add land to the residential wards with the release of patch 2.3

- Mist: 6th Ward
- Lavender Beds: 6th Ward
- Goblet: 6th Ward
(One thing to note: Because of the way this was worded, JP posters couldn't tell if the rep meant a 6th ward or 6 separate wards for each residential area. I'm assuming they meant a 6th ward.)

As for the pricing of land, we will be making adjustments to prices for all worlds right up until release. Please wait for follow-up information at a later date.

This is obviously not what they said would be happening in the previous patch notes, but without that follow-up, I suppose all we can do is keep stacking our gil and cross our fingers.
