Please remove the lockout for leaving instances.

Well, yeah, obviously SE has the best interests of the community when implementing these methods. If you read my original post in full though, you will say I make the observation that the now dated method of blanket lockouts doesn't line up with their more recent stance to not get involved in party politics and such.

Oh, I read it. But there's a difference here. Initially, their vote to kick feature was a bit too vague as to what people can be kicked/can kick others for. So they made their stance on this known by pretty much saying "some people need to sort this crap with cutscenes and such out on their own, we have bigger fish to fry." The lockout restrictions and vote to kick options are 2 completely separate issues, which means...2 different stances.
