I would have said no to this before this past week, but Duty finder has been ridiculous this past week, at least for me. There have been so many people equipping themselves in gear not meant for their jobs just to beat ilvl requirements. It is to the point where I pulled my warrior AF out of storage and tote it around incase I get in a group with one (or more) of these people, toss it on with my casting jewelry, when they ask me what I'm doing, I tell them, and I tell them why. I usually get the the same response about me being a child and 4 or 5 accessories isn't going to impact them that much, I let them know if they don't have the gear for the job to get into the dungeon/roulette, then they aren't geared enough for it Anything that would get me out of groups with these people faster I am 100% for. I have had one group that made me laugh though, black mage with 4 darklight aiming accessories because the "dex adds accuracy" and she claimed to have gotten them out her FC bank, it made me laugh enough I barely noticed the monk with the fending bracelet and 2 healing rings.

Exactly. Players are generally against this idea until they find themselves on the other side of the fence and realise how unfair the current system is. I tell you now, the ONLY fair system is a completely open one in which people can leave - and join - as they wish. Regardless of the reason for the party splitting up, the player that leaves can find a party more suitable whilst the players remaining will get a replacement who isn't agitated with being forced to be there. As I said, there is no need for anyone to suffer.

I haven't done this as of yet, but right now i'm thinking the best option I have when faced with this scenario is just to sit down, refuse to take part in the instance and wait to be kicked or get a free bonus when I come back to my chair in 30 minutes. Is that better for everyone?
