Not sure if this is the correct place to post it as I was just given a link to the forums for leaving feedback. But I would like to thank GM Emdub for his help with my problem. He got to my ticket very fast and worked hard to get my issue fixed. He didn't give me a run around about how he couldn't help out. I really appreciate the concern hard work he put into the customer support that I received. Thank you
