Seeing as how they nerfed leve's, when I started playing I did not take advantage of it, therefore when it was coming to an end I feel stuck. Is there new gil rewards from grand companies, seeing as how they nerfed the leve's?

Yeah I feel kind of shitty I did not take advantage of the time we had with leve's and am in need of 2 mil and thinking of how I can get it.

Was guildleve's rewards nerfed that much?

Honestly, them lowering Guildleve and mob gil drops is probably an attempt to start some economic reforms. I don't see it as a bad thing, just something that will take a bit to adjust to.

Yeah I understand that, but now I am in a little worry, because I did not take advantage of it and stack on gil. I took a break from battle craft and did some gathering leve's, I mostly wanted to save all the gil for crafting, and that only. I am not in a position to sell the ore I mine atm.

yeah it is too bad, there is a real lack of lower leveled gear at the moment for new players - and players that have been gil grinding non stop for the last 8 or so months have amassed such large fortunes that a new player doesn't stand a chance to compete economically.

I think if they were going to change gil rewards on leves they probably should have done it ages ago. Oh well, at least my char has some gil stashed away.

Not like mining leve's did not give them ... since i usually did 8 leve's a reset, and this was every reset unless I had to go some where and missed one it did not matter.

I am in a fix and do not know how to get out of it atm, but I can fish and do alchemy to get shards and such.. but there is no room to gather fish or me and my retainer, so I give up on fishing.

They should have thought before doing this.... only thing not bad about these rewards..... is Locals, locals got better from what has been added. nothing more nothing less. Locals is the only real thing that needed a update and it got it, so no one should complain about them, unless it is LW and alchemy since both of them suck.

Shard prices have gone up also, I realized that i may be screwed. I'd need to have someone make shards for me, not like a ls member would not do it, I need to rank it up just to do it myself, do not like asking peolpe for help. I need a lot of shards, if I keep doing locals I get provided mats.... and I do have my ls we are all crafters, and gatherer's.

If I had stuck on battle craft my miner would still be rank 22-23 and i'd be playing catch up, but i'd have probably 8 million gil since the rewards on those quests were outrageous indeed. But still I'm content with where I am, since I can make money with miner when I am, and I have little to do before going on to the new content. So I can still do these battle/mining leve's solo/party, thus getting gil and ranking up, but there has to be a good way on gil-making, my main craft is not high enough to make the gil I want anyway, still in the process of getting subs complete.
