    Error [30605][20448][10009][10019] Help!

    When I woke up this morning I found out that I can't play the game because this error keeps popping up when it tries to check the launcher version. If any one knows anything about it please help.

    I'm getting the same issue just now. Any help would be appreciated, by anyone who knows how to fix it.

    managed to fix my issue. I had to start up Task Manager (ctrl + alt + del) and delete a suspicious process. It's either a virus/malware/something that's causing some issues on your computer. Try and figure out what it is and remove it if you can, either manually or with your anti-virus software.

    SE's support actually has a report, with the error code, which is what made me look to see what was compromising my computer's safety.

    I tried your method. I deleted my malware to be safe but, to my knowledge, it hasn't changed anything. I'd take anymore advice that you or anyone else has to give on this problem.

    SE named two known adware programs that can cause the problem - support said this:

    "If you encounter the error messages [30605], [20448], [10009] or [10019] when you try to update the game client, your computer's security may have been compromised by adware.

    We are aware of two such programs; "Savings Bull" and "Quick Knowledge" which have been known to cause these issues but other malicious programs may also be causing your issue.
    To solve this issue, please uninstall these programs, should you find them on your system, and be sure to regularly scan your computer for any unwanted programs or infections."

    The one on mine was called SupraSaver.

    Take a look through your control panel and see if there's any program with those names, or any program that's suspicious. Run a scan with your antivirus, and if it can't pick anything up, download AdwCleaner, have it scan and then delete any adware it detects. It will reboot your computer to complete the removal. After your computer has restarted, open task manager (ctrl + alt + del) and look through the processes for the name of anything above (for example, it was suprasaver.exe for me) or any other suspicious program you found. If you find the name, stop the process. Then try starting up your game again. That's what worked for me, although I ran Adwcleaner and rebooted a few times.

    Well, I deleted all of my adds (regardless of how stubborn they both are) but even then, I couldn't make it to the game. Thanks for that though. I've been dealing with SupraSaver for a long time. Any other suggestions?

    I'm having the same problem starting yesterday. Unable to complete version check with the error codes in this post. I've uninstalled, ran AdwCleaner. Still no luck.

    I got this friend who has the same problem, it was working fine but then maybe like 3 days ago he just couldn't play on his new computer and he finally got to lvl 50, not to mention his days are still being wasted on his subscription. Man oh man what a predicament this is.

    I'm sorry guys /: I don't really have any other advice, other than what I said, because that worked for me. I ran adwcleaner's scan and rebooted a few times, check processes every time I turn the laptop on to make sure the suspicious adware one isn't running, and...the game opens. I'm sorry I can't be of any more assistance D:

    I'm having the same error codes come up with the game launcher. This is so frustrating because I was playing perfectly fine several hours ago and.. without having done anything to my pc in the meantime, its now its impossible to launch the game.

    I used PandaCloud, adwarecleaner, Malwarebytes, and Hitmanpro to remove corrupted junk (and it found a bunch of stuff).... thats great........

    But that didn't help at all!
