    fnal Fantasy Reborn order problem

    hey i just bought the upgrade to get Collectors Edition for PS4 i pay 1500 Crista for it

    and everything went good.

    now my account say collectors edition but i did not get the rewards and when i start game on ps4 i dont see my new items so its not active yet ? or what i still had 24 days to play online when i bought the upgrade

    Your items are sent to you via the Delivery moogle. There should be a mail icon in the corner of your screen near the clock showing you have received them. You can pick them up from any delivery moogle in the game
