Does it matter what zenith weapon you use for atma farming?

Well, I started the Atma quest with zenith Curtana in hand but got sidetracked and decided to level up scholar. Now my scholar also has their zenith weapon, so I'm wondering...would Atma's drop for either zenith weapon I'm using?

Yes, it doesn't matter which job as long as you have a Zenith equipped.

i would switch my zenith-weapon equipped jobs just to make the atma farming a little more interesting, going back and forth from melee to ranged to tank to heals. i mean if you have to farm atma might as well do whatever you can to make it somewhat interesting.

Must be Zenith. In the grand scheme of things, 900 myth for another Zenith is nothing compared to the 13500 you'll be doing to make an animus.

I did that on my warrior. My only 50s at the time were MNK and WAR. IMO, farming atma on WAR is much easier than MNK. WAR gets a lot of AOE/range/survivability at low levels vs MNK. But I spent my first set of atma on WAR. So, when I wanted to do MNK, I re-bought my Bravura and spent 900myth on the zenith so I could do it on WAR again.
