Retainer's Bazaar list up/down keys not functioning sometimes

Hi, have had this happen to me on 5 different times on 2 different computers since update 1.18

When I summon my retainer from the town bells, and I select Exchange Items, sometimes after the retainer's Item list is populated, the up/down keys wont work. My fix is hitting TAB so it cycles to the Crystals tab, and SHIFT+TAB to cycle back to the Items tab.

I also notice this issue too and it seems to mainly be a new targeting space on the tab category of items. When trying to make quick exchanges with the retainer, switching the indicator from the player inventory side to the retainer inventory side of the menu will make the targeting cursor select the tab of items (Items, Crystals, Currency) instead of the of going straight onto one of the items inside those tabs. By pressing enter an additional time seems to make the cursor select into the tab group of items normally. There is an extra step now is needed to access the items which doesn't have any function.
