server discconection warping out of hall of flames

tried twice, both times i tried to warp from the hall of flames to gridania i was disconnected and my anima was wasted.

It's not just in the hall of flames. one of my LS mates was DC'd while warping and anima got wasted too. I think the DC's just randomly everywhere. I still can't get back on. I was running around in LL when I got DC'd

I DC'd when I tried to port out of the hall of flames this time.
I am getting a rather terrifying message that involves the words... "this world is currently experience unusually heavy traffic"

Then I get DC'd when I try to actually log in.

unsure about somethings on what to fill out and i don't pay or deal with comcast i don't know the speed of the internet connection, i'm on wireless 802.11 N router and 802.11 N Asus PCI-E Receiver and don't normally of connection problems on my side.
