"Whispers in the wood" misuse of pronouns

In this quest there is a line (when you initially see the children down in the Growery area) they are all talking about Elementals and if they are real or not, anyway there is a line (for male PCs only as the Female one reads correctly)

"<player name> saw a moogle in the forest. It asked his to give a message to Fye."

Should it not read, "...It asked him to give a message to Fye."?

Sorry if this has already been addressed, I just restarted my character on a new server and noticed this typo. Anywho, hope this helps!
