Problems with FPS

Wow It was indeed the steam.



I'm now reaching 60 fps, not as regular as I think it should, but it's playable. So my reallllly bad fps was cause by steam.

Still The game has something wrong with it. it isn't stressing my video card AT ALL. playing other games it reach at least 60°C temp, but on FFXIV it barealy pass 50°C something is really wrong withtin the game.

Gonna try some stuff to see if I can increase the Video card usage.

But mostly problem solved, was the steam.

I use a 4k screen. Most the time I run @ 4k but even when I use 1080/120 the game will only use about 25% of the GPU's. When I use a single card then it will run 99%.

Sadly all the other games I play have no such issues.

That's because ff14 arr uses a directx 9 client with no support for multiple graphics cards. Trying to use multiple cards with crossfire etc is a waste of time because there is no support for it and it does not work, period.

Plus, why are you so insistent to see your card running at 99%? If the game isn't that resource intensive, it won't use that amount of resources, period.
