So before I post it in tech problem area I thought I would post it here and see if I'm just crazy first. So I have been all over the map and this spot is the only one I can find that resembles the location. What are your thoughts!

It's up on the top - you have to go up north of the crystal then head around to the left to reach that area.

Its near the FATE where there's a bunch of "Minotaur" looking creatures spawn plus a bunch of Karakuls.

It's where the "Simply Red" fate at Providence Point (24,13) usually shows up. so the way is the gate where Svara FATE starts

It's really high up (altitude).
