Correct me if I'm wrong because i didn't play a healing job at high level yet, but from my understanding Swiftcast is used by a Healer in emergency situations like death of a party member etc., whereas my Swiftcast will 'almost never' be available for a rez, since Swiftcast -> Shadow Flare is a set part of my rotations and will always be on cooldown.
