Sounds like his problem is with "repeatedly" rezzing. I feel yoyr pain.
When I play my smn I will almost always rez someone the second I see them drop, but I'm not always going to see it either. I am to busy paying attention to dpsing, I can't be expected to watch everyones health bars at all times on top of that or I'd have brought my sch.
