lvl 45 dragoon quest fatal seduction and was inturupted by a duty. unable to move on

i had to kill a dragon witch i did... then on my way to receive my reward i was interrupted by the duty finder... now man acts as if i did not do the quest and when i abandon it and restart it the dragon will not come.... now i can not get my lvl 45 or 50 attacks or my relic quest...

One suggestion from other games, not sure if it will work here but I've had it fix similar problems in many other games, is to log out for about 5 - 10 mins then log back in and try to restart it. I've seen this fix this kind of issue in other games.

Thanks for the advice man, but not only have i done that, i have abandon the quest and retried it and the dragon will not show up (because I already killed it) the orange marker shows on my map where he should be but i go there and can not call the dragon to come.. i have logged out dropped and retried the quest contacted square and in game support but no one will help me.... the in game support will not even do anything about it... they just tell me to post it on here.... i am becoming extremely aggravated and im thinking of quiting the game if they don't do something to help...
