Just wanna say, as someone just coming into high-end crafting, this thread has helped immensely, thank you for putting all this together, I was at a loss as to how to exactly step forward with stuff, and wasted more than I'd like to admit with trying different ideas I had, so, thank you, OP, and everyone else that's helped in here as well

Has anyone worked a rotation for artisan tokens without needing cp food? Are stats with Lucis enough?

There is no 100% rotation for those without using HQ materials. Even with maxed stats and food.
With 1 HQ item you can get to ~99%, but that does require food.

Crafting these without food is not advised unless you are only making a handful; in which case you would want to manually craft them.

If you are using 2x HQ materials (2173 starting quality) you can use this:
    http://link.ffxivcrafter.com/?id=cbfpL
    ----Macro 1----
    /ac "Comfort Zone" <wait.2>
    /ac "Inner Quiet" <wait.2>
    /ac "Waste Not" <wait.2>
    /ac "Steady Hand II" <wait.2>
    /ac "Basic Touch" <wait.3>
    /ac "Basic Touch" <wait.3>
    /ac "Basic Touch" <wait.3>
    /ac "Basic Touch" <wait.3>
    /ac "Basic Touch" <wait.3>
    /ac "Steady Hand II" <wait.2>
    /ac "Advanced Touch" <wait.3>
    /ac "Great Strides" <wait.2>
    /ac "Innovation" <wait.2>
    /ac "Ingenuity II" <wait.2>
    /ac "Byregot's Blessing" <wait.3>
    ----Macro 2----
    /ac "Careful Synthesis II" <wait.3>
    /ac "Careful Synthesis II" <wait.3>
    /ac "Careful Synthesis II" <wait.3>
    Requirements: 354CP, 466 Craftmanship.
384+ Control will give you a 100% HQ chance barring good/worse conditions, but you will likely obtain a 100% rate at lower control levels due to good conditions.

Making that macro made me realise I could of saved some BB HQ since I'm crafting with (selfmade) HQ mats anyway..oh well..

Thank you for that. Making the HQ mats isn't much of hassle so this should come in handy for quite a few people.

This rotation ends at -5 dura in simulator.

-5 dura is perfectly fine. that means you have 5 durability left when you perform the last action, which won't break the item as long as you finish the craft with that last action.

I can confirm it works in game. I was worried when saw 5 dura left the first time through but its all good.

The 5 dur thing is really important to know though for crafting. It means that when you use Waste Not, you can use one Tricks of the Trade during it without losing either of the two extra steps that Waste Not gives, making Waste Not not a terrible skill. With Waste Not II, you can use a Steady Hand [II] in the middle of it without wasting any of the four extra steps that Waste Not II gives, but you can't use any Tricks of the Trade during it, making it cost far more than it seems. This essentially makes Waste Not II only useful in macros where you aren't going to use Tricks anyway.
