Newish...have a few questions

hey every one i an kinda new to the game.. i say kinda cuz i been playing for a month now...(just paied for the 1st time yeterday) and i was wondering if there is any one on the goblin server that would like to help me out on lvling and also my way around the game, im a lvl 26 archer (main class) and did some reading and found out i need to get a pug to lvl 15 so i have started my pug and im lvl 11 on my pug but im haveing a hard time getting her up to 15, as my archer i was 17 in a matter of just a few hours...
also i would like some more info on end game stuff so i can make sure im ready for it an not hindering what ever party i join..

this is my 1st mmorpg that i have really got into long enough to see past lvl 10
(also i an lvl 22 btn and lvl 10miner and lvl 3fsh lvl19leather worker and lvl11carp )

Unfortunately, I'm a newbie too. I'm playing since Saturday and can't help you a lot. If you were from Diabolos server, I could add and we could try to level together... But in this case, I'd advise you to join a FC, because they're very helpful and they're willing to help new players. At least the FC I joined, they are very good people and always help me.

Not on goblin, so I can't offer much assistance... Buut, assuming you stunted leveling stems from a lack of quests in your area (story makes for extremely fast levels on one's first class) make sure to try and make use of FATES and side quests to speed up your road to 15 and your job's soul stone. You miiiight be able to queue for isolated guildhests and make use of first time exp bonuses, but I think the roulette is locked until 15 or 16. All in all, after one's first class, the first fifteen are usually going to be the most slow going levels. Kinda of counter intuitive, but that's been my experience.

i am apart of a FC its still small but good players its just that there an hour ahead of me so there not always on when i am...

You can use FATEs, Guildleves, and the Hunting log (each class gets its own, check with the guild of the new class to start its quests) along with the Challenge Log (unlocked by a quest in Limsa's Adventurer's Guild) and you should be able to get any class to 15 without much issue. Any battle class that is a lower level than another battle class gets a 50% XP boost for almost all forms of non-quest XP.
