Warrior main who's been solo tanking t6-9 for a while, take it for what it's worth.
Provoke > Convalescence > Awareness > Internal Release > Mantra.
#1 Provoke: Self explanatory.
#2 Convalescence: It makes adhlo's bigger for those Raven beaks or Claws, or helps healers recover from any moment you know you will take damage.
#3 Awareness: Everything can critical hit except the T8 Boss. Pop it for every dreadnaught in T8, Slugs or the boss in T6, Anything in T7, During Claws or Raven Beaks/Blights in T9 to prevent those surprise critical auto attacks in between.
#4 Internal Release: Increases your dps, the faster something dies the less damage you take, every fight in Scob has a phase where you want to burn something quickly. More damage = more threat which means you can spend less time butcher blocking and more time using storms path + eye.
#5 Mantra: 5% stacks with convalescence which is alright, it also is good for those parts that have a lot of aoe like T6 or T9 where you can apply it to everyone.
Honorable Mentions:
Flash - Fairly good in T4, you can flash the second enemies show on the enemy aggro list even before they physically show up on your screen. Also can be used while pacified if you don't get dispelled.
Except it doesn't work on a single coil boss. Trash yeah, bosses no. Plus I would never waste a gcd on a 170 potency attack with no effect. Sooner I can storms eye + storms path the better.

have been using
Provoke > Convalescence > Awareness > Internal Release > Featherfoot
Valkoria has good input. I don't have mantra yet, myself, so use featherfoot instead (I have a fondness for it from dodging Death Sentences)
Awareness used to be considered a weak cross-class skill, but since 2nd coil bosses can crit now I think it's regained some value (I used it when it wasn't cool :P )
I like flash for quick aggro until I can position stuff for overpower. It can also help with TP management when doing large pulls.
Provoke and Convalescence are musts, as others have mentioned. I've used IR and SW in the past (SW macro'd with Thrill for an extra HP boost). For the last few months I've just stuck with awareness and featherfoot.

Well I find Featherfoot's value seems better placed in dungeons and content your overgeared for. Big pulls through brayflox, and you see dodge pop quite a bit. I actually recorded a T5 fight to see how often it procced, but on Twin I think dodge procced once in the 5+ times, and I've never seen it proc on Death Sentence (Just plumets)
Awareness i'll hafta dust back off. It seemed like the better geared I was the less useful it was. But I suppose for crits, maybe that's supposed to be that way. In that sense featherfoot and awareness are kinda on opposite ends of the spectrum.
I'd keep Awareness for upper content if you're taking big hits with no other CDs available (you're dependent on Stoneskin and Lustrate, Virus, Soil, Eye, etc.), on the off-chance that the crit would split you two there. Outside of that, it's nothing great. Mob crit chance is around 5-8%, I think, so it's really only a 1.7-2.7% damage taken reduction that's reliable in that in prevents one-shots and otherwise functions like Featherfoot. Featherfoot's total mitigation will definitely outdo Keen Flurry though (15% chance of 100% mitigation (~15% total, unreliable) vs. 40% chance of 20-25% mitigation (~8-10% total, mostly unreliable)). Second Wind can be decent with Convalescence and Berserk (since Berserk increase Atk Pwr and SW is based off Atk Pwr) but is generally of little use otherwise. The mitigation from KF or FF will probably do more for you outside of lowest-tier dungeons.
I like Flash for the pacification duration, a bit of TP relief, and to AoE without losing combo. You can go ahead and lose it in some fights though, if you're getting Army, have no adds, need no minuscule threat boosts, etc.
Usually any time I'd pop Mantra a Monk already has for 4x the effect...

I use provoke, convalescence, featherfoot, mantra and flash. The first two are no-brainers. Here is why I use the other 3:
Featherfoot: I stack this in a macro with Foresight and Bloodbath. If you have a few adds, the evasion might just make a difference. More mobs hitting you, higher chance for the dodge proc.
Mantra: 5% might not sound like much, but if you use it at the right time, I think it is great. Levi "big move", Titan Tumults, T6 Raffy spit, T7 single tanking, T8 defense tower explosion, brayflox. IMO, it is better than the chance of not getting a crit hit from Awareness.
Flash: Just a utility thing. I use it in Bray when I run past mobs during big pulls. I use it when Berserk has caused Pacification. I've used it in T7 if an add spawns and I have to handle voice (Provoke + Flash when it comes over). I think it has more utility possibility than any other possible cross class ability that I'm not already using.
