    file access failed during version update 30428?

    is there an official fix to this from ff14?

    i have tried all the user posted remedies from turning programs off to altering cfg files and nothing has worked. even booted windows 7 to basic services, nothing

    nevermind.. after many hours i got it to work by downloading from site page http://www.finalfantasyxiv.com/playersdownload/na/

    ran it and TAH DANG game is finally updating...jus wish i found this last night..g/f pays for internet and my download speed is 400k a second. says it will be downloaded in 11 hours.
