Duty Finder NEEDS to pop up in Windows when it's ready.

It really needs to, I have missed so many Duties due to this...
I mean, who is going to stay 20 minutes in final fantasy just waiting for the Duty finder to find a party? Sure I could be leveling another class or chilling with other people, but I don't really want to.
There is also an option that lets me hear in-game sound while I am browsing the internet, but that's not good since I am listening to music the whole time I just can't bother to have in-game sounds interrupting that.

Atleast make duty finder pop-ups an option or something, I understand some people wouldn't want it.

Well the problem is I don't want to hear the in-game sounds until the DF finds a group. Do you know where the DF sound comes from? I could mute all the other sounds and just leave the ping one.

should be the "system sound" button. You can test if you have a lv15 tank anyway.

This. This a billion times. I have FFXIV running on my second screen and I chat and do everything else on my other screen. Extremely useful to have two, no matter what.

Isn't there an option to have action sounds play while "windowed" or something. That might help. Not positive though. Can anyone clarify?

No. It would create additional bloat for a feature that you want because you don't like any of the currently available solutions. You deserve to miss the queues.
