How do I really add this game to my Steam Library? (Plus a misspell in "Contact Us")

Currently, http://support.na.square-enix.com/fa...la=1&kid=69864 advices me to "add a non-Steam game which does absolutely nothing but add ffxivboot.exe, which is pretty much useless because it doesn't show that I own the Final Fantasy game. Where can I receive a Steam Key so I get redeem his game?

P.S For the "Contact Us" section, in Category "Account/ID" and Subcategory "Account Suspenseion/Reactivation," Suspension is spelled incorrectly

As it is not truly a Steam game, I'm guessing the only way is getting it through the actual Steam client.

Only retail games that requires Steam-based activation can be added as "real" steam games (not too many of those). In all other cases, if you don't buy through steam (or buy it in a way that ends up giving you a steam key, which S/E does for games like The Last Remnant), you don't get proper steam integration (achievements etc).
