    My main class is CON too, and although I complained a lot about the MP cost changes when I read the patch notes (while I was still downloading), now that I've played for a while, I noticed..I get by with these kind of MP costs.
    Maybe I always was careful with my MP management, I don't know, but I don't run out of MP as fast as I expected.
    The only annoying part about it are the long pauses I need between fights to recover MP..that's why I think those changes were too drastic, but overall a good idea.

    Also just a thought since I haven't played much since the patch.

    But anyone tried to use the spirit dart on cooldown (like every 10sec I think) and when enough TP use a MP recovering ability? I think people should test more stuff and experiment before coming to the boards and make threats about quiting.

    Speaking of that, as a Lv 19 Conjurer, I was very disappointed to see Radiance give me only 7 MP.

I understand people being uncomfortable with changes, but these really are for the better AND make way more sense in the long haul.


    Also, so far I've had no trouble soloing leves as either my CON or my THM. When people say they took away the 'solo-abilities for Mages' do you mean "We can't kill mobs like the Dodore by ourselves anymore" or "Dude, that normal mob that other classes can handle solo just ate me?" Because if it was the former, yeah, you were never supposed to be able to do that...they fixed a loophole/game development error...if it's the latter, you either need to adjust your stats, your spells or admit you just don't know how to play your job that well.
    You must have had a BUNCH of mages in your party...

    Of course we tried that. NOT using radience is just irresponsible. But It gives 15 MP at best. And thats not nearly enough because gaining TP as a mage is hard.

    I play as THM and conj, the mp cost was RIDICULOUS, for all people. The current content is made for absolute retards, and then they add more mp cost and act like suddenly they're content is challenging. Its still retard content, now its just difficult due to mp, YOU ONLY MADE THE CONTENT CHALLENGING BASED ON TWO CLASSES and their ability to cure/back up cure. RETARDED. Sorry to use the R word so much, but damn, half ass content that is supposed to be hard, and people "its not easy mode anymore" with always like lnc or god damn mrd leveled up. Its not about easy mode, its not that mp cost is too hard for us, its that we wanted challenge and we got half ass shit. Idk how the r25 people are even supposed to do those dungeons without two higher level people in it (i was one of the higher level people witnessing how they would of just gotten completely owned by the boss)

    And to Perrin, its takes literally no more than an hour to test this crap out. siphon mp was gimped and both conj and thm mp get back weapon skill was always useless unless you really need 30 more mp. The more useful ability now is the one you use every 10 mins, i remember when mp regen came out I never used that ability, now i have to. Sorry i dont remember name, dealing with thm and conj made me remember neither lol

    Personally I'm enjoying CON more than I ever have before. Part of the fun of playing a mage class is mp management.
    Something that requires skill and practice.

    on first run we had 7/8 (lancer dc'd upon entering dungeon) We had 2 Glds, 2 Cons, 1 THM, 1 PUG and and 1 Archer. But ranged attackers also fair better in this raid overall when it comes to strategy esp. against Ogre. So 3/8 intending to go on run were mages. 3/7 that made it into dungeon without d/c.

    On second run same grouping except that time I dc/d out halfway through
