registration code???

my friend bought the game with digital download.

and now its asking for his registration code, but he didn't get one or cant find it? where would it be. we checked his emails. but its not there/

As far as I know, you bought it from the SE store. Check this website: www.findmyorder.com and put your order code. It's the number that stars with the "Order Confirmation (Order #xxxxxxxxxxxxx)"; you might want to check the spam folder as well.

Where did your friend get the digital download from? If it's from Gamestop, you'll have to use their download client app to get the code for the game. The emails usually will tell you where you can find said registration code.

and in the square enix store step by step tutorial, step 6 is "when requested, enter product registration code" ....which he hasn't gotten >..> or we don't know where to find it...

this damn digital download is a pain in the ass...

Remember the mail with the code is not from SquareEnix but from DigitalRiver.

ty. lol, we checked the email again, and he got it right as we checked it (we looked like 5 minutes ago and nothing was there) man, taking an hour for it to show up lol....atleast its here. thanks guys

European orders come direct from SE (Europe?) not Digital River.
