How to change your subcription length ?

Sorry for the dumb question I just want to make sure I'm doing this correctly.

I have a 90 day subscription that expires tomorrow and is automatically renewed for another 90 days. My question is how do I change it to a 180 day subscription next time I am billed? Do I have to cancel my service account or cancel my automatic renewal?

I just need some clarification so I don't accidentally delete my account or something

In the Mog Station, under Square Enix Account Settings, click "List Subscriptions". It will take you to a page looking like the old account management site. Once there, look for the part which says "Billing Cycle". Next to that will be the amount of days your subscription is listed for. And next to THAT will be an UPDATE button. I BELIEVE, though I may be wrong, if you HIT that update button, you'll be able to select a longer/shorter option.

when i click update is says

"Error

There are no valid service accounts."

same thing if i click update button next to payment method. but if i click the actual register/update payment method button under the 'payment and service fees' tab I can update my payment method there.
