Log in Error?

So its been awhile since I have played ff14, I kinda burned myself out and with the lack of content at the time I thought it would be best to take a break from the game for awhile.
So I tried reinstalling the game, and i get about halfway through patching then i get an error that says
"One or more version update files are corrupted"
then states a few ways to solve the problem which i've tried
the error code is:
[30413][20495]
