I'm guessing - reactive policy. Your thread was reported and that one wasn't. Honestly, no game forum ever has a proactive deletion policy unless a thread has blatant violations of the forum CoC and/or guilelines right in the title. Though, just out of interest, how many people in this thread actually know what the CoC/guidelines contain?
