New egi's?

Read pause it at 1:47 seconds it's very clear whats going on and that they are not egi's. Everything I stated above, and considering you can count the amount of player's and see that there aren't 3 summoners in the party and that there are 3 ramuhs on the field, and that they are all larger then the player. it's 100% clear enough. Even if they changed the plan for releasing an egi(it was stated before that classes/job would be release in patchs and not just expansions) the earliest we would see it is with ninja, and when they balance the rest egi's which would be 2.4.

Since it's clear you didn't actaly watch the video or try to look at it before you posted. Pause it a1:47 they(there are 3 of them) are exactly miniture Ramuhs, not egi's but actual mini-ramuhs, still larger then the player. There is 3 of them all moving at the same time, doing the same animation, and the same effects. They don't have horns they have the red wing things, i'm assuming are lightning rods. They charge up an effect and then all 3 launch the effect at ramuh which he then follows with a giant lightning explosion on him. This looks like what would be titans jump but for ramuh. In no way, shape, or form does this look like an egi, it looks exactly like ramuh, it's very easy to see that it is multiple adds and that they are just powering up ramuh not attacking him, like in many other fight.

Did everyone forget that Ramuh has an "ultimate attack" called Judgement Bolt?

Stopping it will probably utilize some mechanic based on the 3 adds, i.e. killing them, they turn into interactable towers, you use them to shield yourself from Bolt.

Ah right, so those black mage-esk lightning atks hitting him are just powering him up somehow, still those could possibly be our egi's at some point as least model wise, they have that kinda elemental aura and they are not an exact copy of him like in grauda's fight, do remember seeing something a long while back of it, ah well >.<

at 1:44 seconds you can see that 2 of the ramuh are shooting giant blue lazzer beams of lighting at players not at ramuh himself. and yes It makes perfect since that in order to power up ramuh they charge him with shocks of lightning, like charging a battery. We see this style of fight as least twice in every ff, ffX has like 5 fights like this. It's very possible that each time they charge him he builds a stack towards judgment bolt.

That is a much clearer picture, a shrunken down form of that I could see as a player egi, similar to the garuda fight. So I stand corrected on looking like an egi.
However there are still clearly 3 of them, not 3 summoners in the party, they are too large for an egi(unless se changed their mind) and they are clearly involved in the boss mechanics of the fight and not belonging to a player.

Now if this is the player egi F-yeah the beard
