They only said it was a concept art, of an armor they were working on, not that it would be for CT. They were showing it cause they were answering question about how they come up with new designs (i think)
And they haven't said where it's from. But yah, i'm guessing 3rd Coil, or some other raid content in the future.
I don't really remember exactly, but I think they were talking about new AF armors, and that would be one of them. Correct me if I'm wrong :O
