    Glowing effects on "upgraded" gear.

    I think this looks ugly and really distracts from the beauty of the gear the devs make and it's becoming far too over-used, especially now seeing the new gear in the 2.3 preview. Could a community rep ask the design lead if he would consider using this effect less and possibly use an alternate color scheme or altered model instead of a glow effect in the future?

    I know people don't like the "I" word but it breaks my immersion greatly to see that everything is having this glow and I shouldn't have to use the glamour system to enjoy new armor.

    Edit: To be clear I mean the glowing cloud
