Guildhest Suggestion - Guildleve Allowance Awrd

I was just thinking. Some people think Guildhests aren't all that great, and got an idea where Guildhests, no matter if completed before, will award one (and only one) guildleve allowance per complete run of said guildhest.

This would benefit people who prefer crafting / gathering as well, since there barely is any other ways to level those up. Other feasible ways of doing this:

- Add a leve allowance gain on daily roulette.
- Only add the leve allowance award to guildhests after X level based on completion of guildhests by the majority of players. (To get them to do more of those later level guildhests, for instance.)
- Limit the guild leve allowance award to X per hour.
