Honestly I don't see any difference between using 2 star risotto food over not using in regards to DPS.

Aforementioned food gives a paltry +15 det for my MNK which would increase my DPS by practically nothing.

So, would the best food to use be the ones that the main stat buff is Vit? just to give that extra couple hundred HP. Over DPS food which, practically, gives no real tangible benefit or boost.
